Kavveri Telecom acquires Til-Tek Antennae, Inc.

Kavveri has acquired Til-Tek Antennae, Inc., a Canadian technology company that has been designing, developing and manufacturing high quality antenna products for base stations of GSM/CDMA, WiFi and WiMAX for over two decades. Til-Tek is now a fully owned subsidiary of Kavveri.

"The strategic acquisition of Til_Tek will provide the platform for Kavveri to access North American markets for Kavveri products and to bring Til-Tek's products to India. This will also add a significant number of products in GSM/CDMA and WiMAX markets to Kavveri's portfolio" said Mr. Shivakumar Reddy, Managing Director, Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd. "We would be pitching these antennas not only in the Indian market but also in the developed markets of North America where we already have a very good customer base. We have strengthened the marketing network both in North America and India to aggressively target emerging markets" he added.

Kavveri's manufacturing facilities in India will also be used to manufacture Til-Tek's products for base stations of GSM/CDMA, WiFi and WiMAX for the Indian as well as the North American market. Mrs. Uma Reddy, President Til-Tek added, "The technology edge of Til-Tek and the cost effective manufacturing by Kavveri would provide top of the line products at competitive costs to the North American and Indian markets."
